For the first time ever, the voices you hear every day in your local movie theaters, on television and on your radio have come together to create a joyous upgrade to the holiday classic for radio and streaming airplay.
The project was created by voice over artist, Joe Cipriano, who enlisted 31 VO Superstars, collectively known as the Prime Time Voices for Children. Their hope is to offer Radio Programmers and Music Directors all over the country, festive new holiday content, and at the same time, do something to help very sick children in need.
‘Twas the Night Before Christmas is available for download for airplay via the DMDS service for radio stations, direct link: http://ow.ly/7T7xR
If you are not already on the DMDS system you may download the Broadcast Quality .wav file here: http://tinyurl.com/d9xvhoz
The track can be purchased on CDBaby.com, Amazon MP3, and iTunes - with 100% of proceeds going to Prime Time Voices for Children, benefitting Chase Child Life Program at Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA.
There is a Facebook Fan page offering additional information about the project where donations to the charity are accepted at: www.facebook.com/PrimeTimeVoicesForChildren.
Our cast and producers have donated their time and effort to this project. Thanks to John Masecar for the audio design and production, Universal Music Group, Killer Tracks for the music, DMDS for hosting the track for delivery to radio stations all across the US and Canada, and Tom Anthony at IMS for the web-related work.
‘Twas The Night Before Christmas is available for airplay now. We hope you will join us in this philanthropic effort by including the Facebook Fan page for donations on your station's websites and Facebook pages and by mentioning our mission on the air.
With sincere gratitude we wish everyone Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and Happy Holidays from the Cast of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas!
